Mythic Legion: Uprising’s users are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions. If there are changes or updates to the Terms and Conditions, your continued use of the Service will establish your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, the only solution is to cease your use of the Service and revoke the accounts you created using the Service.

Mythic Legion: Uprising’s has the right to issue a warning if you violate the Terms and Conditions. The consequence of breaking the Terms and Conditions will be immediate termination or suspension of all accounts you created using the Service.

Rules of Conduct

The Mythic Legion: Uprising is a competitive MOBA NFT game that pushes players to grind and makes them eager to win games. To have a fair gameplay, conditions must be followed by players. We firmly believe that fairness in games sets free from all bad behavior such as harassments and cheating.

Inappropriate Behaviors for the Game:

Communication Abuse - Offensive Language, Hateful Speech, Sexual Harassment.

Cheating – Third Party Tools, Hacking, Bug Abuse.

Offensive/Inappropriate Names – In- game Names, Account Names, Group Names.

Leaving the Game/AFK – Disconnection, AFKing, Idling, Dodging Games.

In Game Behaviors – Intentional Feeding, In-game Harassment, Sabotaging Games.

Threats – Real-life Physical Harm, Emotional Abuse, Cyberbullying.

If you disobey the set of expectations and conditions, we will restrict your account privileges and access in the features in the game. This serves as equal fairness into the game as well as protecting the rest of the community from any violations.

Consequences for Violators:

Losing the ability to use in-game communications.

Restrictions to access certain experiences such as Ranked Games.

Removal of in game rewards.

Banning of accounts for abusing third party tools.

User Content

You acknowledge and agree that without Mythic Legion: Uprising's permission, you may not distribute, sell, transfer, or license this material and application in any way, in any nation, on any social network, or in any other medium. You give Mythic Legion: Uprising permission to act as handler on your behalf as the application's operator.

Any data, text, graphics, or photographs uploaded to the Service and their selection and arrangement are subject to limitless commercial, non-commercial, or promotional use by Mythic Legion: Uprising, in whole or in part. You upload the text, images, and photographs, and the person who created the User Content is solely responsible for it. As a result, users are responsible for any files they upload or post, and Mythic Legion: Uprising is not liable for it. Mythic Legion: Uprising may or may not regulate User Content and makes no representations or warranties about the truth, quality, or integrity of any User Content provided through the Mythic Legion: Uprising application. You acknowledge and understand that by playing Mythic Legion: Uprising, you may be exposed to inappropriate or objectionable information. You believe that Mythic Legion: Uprising is not responsible for any User Content, including, but not limited to, any inaccuracies in User Content or any loss or damage resulting from the use of User Content.

Mythical Legion: Uprising has the right to remove and delete permanently any User Content from the Service, even with or without further notice.

User Data

We will keep certain data that you transmit to the Site and the Smart Contracts in order to manage the Site's and the Smart Contracts' performance, as well as data relating to your use of the Site and the Smart Contracts. Despite the fact that we perform regular routine data backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or release in connection with any activity you have undertaken using the Site and the Smart Contracts. User Registration

Any financial transactions you conduct will be done solely through the Blockchain, using a wallet like Meta mask. We will have no knowledge of, or control over, these payments or transactions, and we will be unable to reverse any transactions. Keeping this in mind, we will have no liability to you or any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions you conduct through the Site or using the Smart Contracts, or any other transactions you conduct through the BSC network.

Termination

These Terms of Use remain in full force and effect while you use the Site, and the Smart Contracts. Without limiting any other provision of these terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the site, and the smart contract (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms of use or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the site, the app, and the smart contract or delete your account without warning, at our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or a borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating and suspending your account, we reserve the right.
